Who we are

RoofFlow is a trading name of RoofFlow AI LTD, a company registered in England & Wales, based in Manchester, United Kingdom. Contact: roger@rfai-mail.co.uk.

The service

RoofFlow provides automated call answering, missed-call SMS text-back, lead qualification and related follow-up automation for UK roofing companies. The specific features included depend on the plan you choose. The service collects enquiry details from your callers and passes them to you; it does not quote prices, enter into agreements or make commitments on your behalf.

Billing and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly. There is no long-term contract and no setup fee. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which the call-forwarding rule is removed and your number behaves as it did before the service.

Founding Partner rates

Discounted Founding Partner rates are conditional on providing one short written testimonial and a 60–90 second video testimonial within 30 days of signing, as set out in your order form. If the testimonial condition is not met, the plan may revert to its standard rate.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give us (service area, qualification questions, message wording) and for how you use the enquiry details we pass to you, including complying with applicable law when contacting customers.

Service limitations

We aim for the service to run continuously, but no automated system can guarantee uninterrupted operation — outages of telephone networks, SMS carriers or hosting providers can affect delivery. The service identifies itself as an automated assistant when asked and is not a substitute for professional, legal or safety advice given to your customers.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RoofFlow AI LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profit or missed business opportunities) arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.

Data

Caller and customer details are processed only to deliver the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
